Not everyone can commit to the full Townsend Leadership Program (TLP), but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on transformational growth. E4 is a powerful, cohort-based leadership development experience designed for professionals who want to strengthen emotional maturity, sharpen leadership skills, and unlock their full potential—without the extensive time or financial commitment of TLP.

Meeting just one Thursday a month for four months, E4 provides a structured yet accessible approach to personal and professional growth. Built on the same foundational principles as TLP, this program helps you develop the essential elements of relationships, boundaries, living in reality, and healthy authority—the key factors that shape your success. Through interactive discussions, guided experiences, and real-world applications, E4 equips you with practical tools to lead with confidence, navigate challenges effectively, and break free from self-sabotaging patterns.
