Programs take place in Western Pennsylvania, just south of Pittsburgh, and are open to participants from Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, and beyond.

About the Townsend Leadership Program (TLP)

The Townsend Leadership Program (TLP), developed by Dr. John Townsend, is a research-based program that helps professionals overcome obstacles and achieve their desired results. TLP Groups meet monthly in a private, upscale but relaxed setting, bringing together a select group of leaders from diverse industries.
