This leader development program has been amazing! Everyone is so invested in each other’s successes and challenges. I have never been a part of anything like this. You get the opportunity to really evaluate your leadership connections and how you deal with your teams’ issues. I have grown so much personally just from the thoughts and support from the others in this team. I can’t put into words how valued you will feel after just a few months together.
