Heidi Sadecky, MA, PCC, is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and corporate trainer based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She is the only certified Townsend Leadership Program director in Pennsylvania and the Northeast, selected and trained by psychologist and author Dr. John Townsend. With a master’s in organizational leadership and more than 30 years of experience in leadership development, she helps leaders and their teams work through everything that holds them back, especially the things they don’t always see: awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, their relationship-building habits, and their responses to pressure. She has built leaders and coached highly visible ones across financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, logistics, retail, and consumer goods.
